About me and my practice

I am person centred therapist, I offer face to face, telephone and video counselling session.

I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation, with no obligation to book any further sessions.

I have worked with clients with issues ranging from anxiety, trauma, bereavement and depression. However my niche is working with clients that have survived abusive relationships and those who are neurodiverse.
